Balanced Energy Leads to Better Health and Wellness

About
Hello, my name is Francine, and I am an energy practitioner, with over 30 years’ experience.
My interest lies in using the available and limitless source of life force energy to support you and your family in a positive and nourishing way. I have been exploring and learning different methods and protocols of energy healing, which include shamanism, healing touch, reiki, drumming, aromatherapy, and homeopathy.

We must cleanse and exercise our energic components like we care for our physical body. Our energic self sees, records, and stores all our interactions, those that are positive and negative. Negative energy serves no purpose; and can build up and block or interfere with normal energic flow. Abnormal energy flow can cause disease, pain, or any physical ailment.

Energy and Wellness Focus
There is an innate interaction between the body, mind, and spirit via multiple energy systems, such as chakras, aura, meridians, and called primal vascular system. In straightforward terms, our thoughts can and does affect our body. All individuals have the innate ability to affect change in their body, mind, and spirit. I am here to ease your journey in awareness and acceptance in your exploration of the life sustaining energy source.

We are co-creators of our existence. The use of rituals, chants, affirmations, and other practices honor the life force energy that surrounds and supports each of us. Our very thoughts affect our body; this relationship between body, mind, and spirit is multi-directional. The branch of science that studies the relationship of the mind, body, and spirit, through the interaction among the nervous, immune and psychological processes is called psychoneuroimmunology (PNEI).
